A large-scale study of the safety and effectiveness of erectile dysfunction drugs has been released to give the first clear indication on how a drug works in Korea.

The Korea Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and Industry, Korea’s state-owned medical journal, has been conducting research into the safety and effectiveness of drugs known as Viagra. The study, conducted by the Korea National Drug Administration (KNDA) and the Korean Society for Sexual Medicine, has been published.

A report published online on Oct. 6 in the journal, "Journal of Sex and Sexual Health," will be published in the "Journal of Sexual Medicine" online publication in the September issue. It will be based on a review of a database of more than 1.2 million people, the publication said.

Korea National Drug Administration (KNDA) and the Korean Society of Sexual Medicine are responsible for the safety and effectiveness of erectile dysfunction drugs.

“We know that many of the drugs that are used to treat erectile dysfunction work well, but they don’t work very well if they cause any side effects. Viagra is one of the best-selling drugs ever,” said Jung Youseki, chief medical officer atKNDA.

Korea’s Food and Drug Administration approved Viagra in 1998, and its erectile dysfunction drug has been approved by the FDA since then. The drug was the first to be approved by the FDA for the treatment of the underlying condition, including erectile dysfunction.

The study, which was conducted on patients with erectile dysfunction who were randomly assigned to take a placebo, or to take Viagra, found that taking Viagra increased the number of times a patient had erections to 4.7 times more than taking a placebo, and in men with a high-pressure penis.

“Our study has demonstrated that Viagra is safe and effective for treating the underlying condition, including erectile dysfunction, in patients who have tried other drugs that have not worked or are at a greater risk of side effects,” said Jung.

However, the researchers noted that the drug’s side effect profile may be different in men with a history of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, heart failure, or high blood pressure. They also noted that men with diabetes and heart problems have been reported to have higher rates of erectile dysfunction.

“Our results suggest that the drug may not be safe and effective for treating erectile dysfunction, especially in men with a history of cardiovascular disease,” Jung said. “We also believe that the side effects may be more pronounced in men with a history of diabetes, heart disease, or high blood pressure.”

Korea’s study has already begun to address the issue of whether drugs can be used safely to treat impotence.

“The first-line treatment for impotence is a drug that may have a more favorable safety profile compared with other treatments,” said Jung. “Our results also show that Viagra is effective for treating the underlying condition in most cases, but may be associated with an increased risk of adverse cardiovascular events in some patients.”

Korea’s first study, a small, controlled study of the drug, was published online in the journal "Journal of Sexual Medicine," and the results were published on Oct. 6 in the journalJournal of Sexual Medicine.

In the study, researchers with a Chinese American male with erectile dysfunction treated by Viagra or Cialis, were able to have sex without any problems for up to 12 months.

In a follow-up, researchers with a Chinese American male with erectile dysfunction and Cialis had sex without any problems for 12 months.

“It’s possible that this could be a benefit, because both medications are FDA-approved drugs, but they are not proven to work,” said Jung.

“We don’t have enough data to show that Viagra is safe, but it may be associated with an increased risk of serious adverse cardiovascular events,” said Jung.

“Although Viagra was the only drug that was approved by the FDA, the safety of the drug was not determined in a controlled study of over 1.2 million patients,” he added.

The study was conducted on men with erectile dysfunction who had been taking sildenafil, a drug known as Viagra. The study was published in

What is Sildenafil?

Sildenafil, the active ingredient in Viagra, is one of several ED pills that’s considered a PDE5 inhibitor. When this enzyme is inhibited, it maximizes the effect of nitric oxide in your body. (That’s important, because your body naturally releases this gas when you’re sexually aroused. So it’s key to the process of getting and maintaining an erection.)

With more nitric oxide in play, the muscles around your penis can relax. In turn, blood flow to your penis improves. And it becomes easier to hold onto your erection, so you can enjoy a sexual encounter.

Sildenafil also works quickly. You can take our chewable Sildenafil tablets—only available on bluechew.com—about one hour before sex. Avoid taking food with your ED pills, especially fatty meals, since they can impact your body’s ability to absorb the drug.

When taken according to directions, the medication is fast-acting, reaching its peak concentration in your bloodstream about one hour after dosing. Then, the medication stays in your body for up to six hours, so you can enjoy a great night with that special someone.

Men in the United States who take Viagra for impotence or have sex with men can suffer from a sudden loss of hearing, loss of vision or other serious problems. This is more common in men over 50 years of age. A sudden loss of hearing is a result of a condition known as non-classical or presbythening hearing loss. If a person suffers from presbyfters loss of hearing, they will suffer from ringing in the ears or other problems in the ears.

Presbyfters loss of hearing occurs in people who take sildenafil or other drugs that improve blood flow to the middle ear. These drugs increase the blood pressure, which in turn can lead to a sudden reduction in the amount of blood flow that is needed to treat the condition. If a person suffers from presbyfters loss of hearing, they will suffer from ringing in the ears, which is a condition that is sometimes called loss of hearing.
